How do I set my team's visibility?
How do I set my team's visibility?
Team visibility controls what's shown on your team's public web page and on the match reports your team shares outside the app. Team admins can switch between Visible and Private at any time.
Open your team in the Mingle Sport app.
Tap Settings.
Tap Visibility settings.
Pick Visible or Private.
The default setting is Visible.

What's the difference between a visible and a private team?
Both options keep the in-app experience identical for your team members and followers — only the public web page and shared match reports change.
| Visible (default) | Private | |
|---|---|---|
Team name | Shown | Shown |
Team image | Shown | Hidden |
Match list | Shown | Hidden |
Player names | First names only | Hidden |
Shared match reports | Full report (scores, video, images, names) | Scores only |
A "shared match report" is the public web URL anyone can open when you or a teammate shares a match link outside the team.
What happens to match reports when my team is private?
Match reports can still be shared on the web when the team is private — but they only show the score. No video, no images, and no player names appear on the public page. People who follow you or your team in the app still see the full match report inside Mingle Sport, exactly as before.
Who can change my team's visibility?
Team admins can change visibility from the team settings menu. If you can't see the Visibility settings option in your team settings, your role likely doesn't include permission to change it — ask a team admin to make the switch for you.
