How do I update RSVP or attendance for past matches or training in Mingle Sport?
You can edit attendance for past events from the Attendance screen under your team's manage menu.

Open the Mingle Sport app.
Go to your team page.
Tap the (+) button and select Manage team.
Open the menu (three lines, top-left).
Select Attendance.
Choose Match attendance or Training attendance from the sub-menu.
Tap the value you want to change and pick the right one.
Why would I need to update attendance after a match or training has ended?
A few common reasons:
Someone forgot to RSVP and you want their attendance counted correctly.
A player showed up last-minute or didn't turn up despite being marked Going.
You're backfilling attendance for events that happened before you started using Mingle Sport.
Keeping past attendance accurate means your team's attendance stats and leaderboards reflect reality.
Does updating a past RSVP change my team's stats?
Yes. Attendance statistics and leaderboards update automatically when you change a past RSVP â so correcting an old entry will nudge averages, streaks, and rankings where relevant.
Who in the team can edit attendance for past events?
Team Admins and team members with Scheduling rights. Regular team members can't edit attendance for past events â they'd need to ask an admin or someone with scheduling rights to fix their RSVP.
