How do I use staff notes?
Staff notes are short notes you can add to events or player profiles to share context with other team admins. They're only visible to admins — players, parents, and other team members don't see them.
You can add staff notes to:
Training sessions in the Mingle Sport app.
Player profiles in Homebase, our web platform for managing your team.
Adding a staff note requires Admin rights on the team.
How do I add a staff note to a training session?
Open the Schedule tab in the Mingle Sport app.
Open the training session you want to add a note to.
Tap Add staff notes.
Type your note and save.
The note will appear on the training session and is visible only to other admins on the team.

How do I add a staff note to a player profile?
You can add staff notes to a player profile from Homebase, the web platform for managing your team.
Sign in to homebase.mingle.sport and open your team.
Open the player's profile from the team page.
Add a staff note from the player profile page.
This is useful for keeping admin-only context about a player — for example, injury status, parent contact preferences, or attendance follow-ups.
Who can read staff notes?
Only team members with Admin rights can read staff notes. Players, parents, and other team members do not see them on the training session or on the player profile.
