How do I cancel my Mingle Sport subscription?
All Mingle Sport subscriptions — both Team Boost and Mingle Plus — are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you bought them. You cancel them in the same place.
Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and then won't auto-renew. Your team goes back to Level 0 after the period ends, but no data is deleted and you can resubscribe any time.
How do I cancel a subscription on iOS?
Open your Apple account settings (iOS Settings ⚙️)
Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
You'll see Mingle Sport listed
Tap Mingle Sport to view your active plans
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts
How do I cancel a subscription on Android?
Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
Select Payments & subscriptions
Tap Subscriptions
Select Mingle Sport
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts
How do I downgrade or change my subscription?
You change or downgrade a subscription in the same place you cancel it. For example, to go from two Team Boosts to one, open Mingle Sport in your Apple or Google subscriptions and switch to the lower-tier plan instead of cancelling.
What happens when I cancel my Mingle Sport subscription?
Your subscription stays active until the current billing period ends. After that:
Your team's level drops if the remaining tokens fall below the current level threshold (if you cancelled a Team Boost). Team settings are preserved, but premium feature behaviour reverts to the defaults for the new level.
You lose Mingle Plus features like calendar sync (if you cancelled Mingle Plus)
No data is deleted — matches, attendance, stats, and chat history all stay
You can resubscribe at any time
