How do I delete a match?
You can delete a match from your team's schedule in the Mingle Sport app or on Homebase.
ℹ️ Available for team members with Scheduling rights.
⚠️ Deleting a match is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want to mark a match as not played but keep the record, cancel the match instead.
In the Mingle Sport app
Open the match:
Upcoming match: find it on the Schedule tab.
Past match: find it on the Activity Feed by scrolling back to the match date.
Go to the Info tab.
Tap the pencil icon to edit.
Tap the more button (three dots, top right).
Select Delete match and confirm.
On Homebase (web)
Sign in to homebase.mingle.sport and open your team.
Go to Schedule.
Switch between Upcoming matches and Finished matches using the toggle in the top right.
Find the match in the list and click the more button (three dots) in its row.
Select Delete match and confirm.
Does my team get notified when a match is deleted?
Yes. When a match is deleted, every team member receives a notification. The notification includes the name of the team member who deleted it, so it's clear who made the change.
Can I undo deleting a match?
No. Deletion is permanent — the match and all its associated data (line-up, RSVPs, match content) are removed. If you're not completely sure, cancel the match instead; cancelling keeps the record and is reversible.
