How do I send announcements to my club?
Announcements let club admins broadcast one message to several chats at once — across teams, parents, and staff — without joining each chat. You compose it once in Club Manager on the web (club.mingle.sport), and it appears in every group you picked.
Announcements are announcement-only: members can react to them but can't reply, so the message stays a clean, one-way update.
To send an announcement:
Sign in to club.mingle.sport and open the Announcements dashboard.
Click to create a new announcement and write your message.
Choose the target groups — any mix of team chats and club groups.
Optionally pin it or schedule it for later (see below).
Send the announcement, or save it to send on its scheduled date.
You don't need to be a member of a group to send an announcement to it — it's posted on your behalf.
Can I schedule a club announcement for later?
Yes. When composing an announcement, you can set it to send at a future date instead of right away. It's saved as scheduled and goes out automatically at the chosen time — useful for preparing weekend updates or reminders in advance.
You can also save an announcement as a draft and finish it later.
How do I pin an announcement?
When you create an announcement, you can pin it for 1 to 14 days. Pinned announcements stack at the top of the chat so they stay visible, then unpin themselves automatically when the time is up.
How do I see who received a club announcement?
The Announcements dashboard in Club Manager lists all your past announcements with their delivery status. For each one you can:
See delivery status per group — whether it reached each chat.
Track reactions per group.
Retry any deliveries that failed.
Resend, or copy and edit a previous announcement to send an updated version.
Who can send club announcements?
Only club admins can send announcements and open the Announcements dashboard. Team admins and members can't send them — members simply see announcement messages in their chats and can react to them.
Composing and managing announcements is available in Club Manager on the web. On the mobile app, members see announcement messages in chat but there's no compose flow. If something doesn't deliver as expected, contact us via the in-app chat or at [email protected].
