What is Club Manager?
Club Manager is the web platform for club admins in Mingle Sport, at club.mingle.sport. It's where people who run a club — rather than a single team — manage club-wide settings and communication in one place, alongside the Mingle Sport app and Homebase.
Club Manager is built for clubs with multiple teams. If you only manage a single team, you'll do most of your work in the app or on Homebase instead.
Who can use Club Manager?
Club Manager is for club owners and club admins — the people who set up the club in Mingle Sport or were given club admin rights.
Team admins, players, parents, and staff don't have club-level access, so they won't use Club Manager for club-wide management. Some Club Manager features (like messaging across teams) do extend limited access to team admins — see How do I message people across my club?.
How do I open Club Manager?
Go to club.mingle.sport in your web browser.
Sign in with your Mingle Sport account.
If your account has club owner or club admin rights, Club Manager opens.
If you sign in and don't have club-level access, ask your club owner to give you club admin rights.
What can I do in Club Manager?
Club Manager brings club-wide tools together in one place. Today this includes:
Communication — create chats and manage club messaging from the Chat area.
Club Chat — set up the announcement-only Official Club Group and create custom club groups for parts of your club. See How do I manage chat for my club?.
Announcements — broadcast one message to several chats at once, with pinning, scheduling, and delivery tracking. See How do I send announcements to my club?.
Chat Settings — control club chat options, including turning Club Contacts on or off so admins can message people across teams.
Club Manager is part of Mingle Sport's offering for clubs and academies, and more club-wide tools are being added over time.
What's the difference between Club Manager and Homebase?
Both are web platforms, but they serve different roles:
